You ever ask a real estate professional how the market is doing and they say great. Well, I appreciate the enthusiasm but really, I would like to understand what is really happening in the market? Is it a good time to sell or buy? How about trade up?

The market typically is a seller's or buyer's market, but how severe of a seller's market, is it different for single family homes and condos, what about homes priced under $1 Million?
